WHAT YOU'LL DO This is a sales position focused on helping homeowners after storm damage. You will:

• Meet with property owners to assess potential damage
• Educate clients on the claims process and available solutions
• Coordinate inspections using modern technology tools
• Participate in structured training and monthly strategy meetings Our licensed Public Adjusters advocate for the homeowner, while our partnered restoration team completes the work. Dedicated office and production departments manage claims and logistics, allowing you to focus on client relationships and revenue generation. ABOUT GREAT LAKES ADJUSTING Launched by experienced sales leaders, the company produced 6.5 million dollars in revenue in its first year and is currently licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana. The organization is built around a clear roadmap for every department so each team member can operate with confidence and support.
• Collaborative Structure: Sales, claims, and production work in sync to serve clients effectively.
• Forward Momentum: Expansion plans include 100 licensed representatives across five states within three years.
• Retention and Culture: 15 of 17 first year representatives chose to return.
• Continuous Improvement: Monthly meetings refine process, performance, and communication. COMPENSATION AND ADVANCEMENT

Compensation

includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission. Early Producing Reps: $10,000 to $15,000 in monthly commission by month two Year One Successful Representatives: $150,000 to $200,000+ Elite Producers: $300,000+ annually Top performers regularly exceed these ranges.
