Customer Success amp; Sales Manager Primary

Responsibilities

:

• Answer inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.
• Build estimates and follow up on outstanding proposals.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a five-star experience.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services (termite, mosquito, irrigation, aeration, tree amp; shrub, etc.).
• Monitor customer retention and reduce cancellations.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure services are completed successfully.
• Help grow both residential and commercial accounts.
