Job Description

: AHI Supply is opening a new location in Leander, TX, and is looking for an Inside Sales / Counter Sales Representative to support daily counter and inside sales operations. This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, coordinating with warehouse and dispatch, and ensuring accurate communication throughout the order process. This position will play an important role in establishing consistent processes and delivering outstanding customer service from day one.

What You'll Do

• Enter and process customer orders by phone, email, and walk-in customers.
• Assist customers with product availability, pricing, and order questions.
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch to support timely order fulfillment.
• Review orders for accuracy and communicate updates to customers.
• Support customer pickups and will-call orders.
• Maintain organized and accurate sales documentation.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Support the Internal Sales Supervisor and overall sales operations. What We're Looking For
• Customer service, inside sales, or construction materials experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Basic computer and order entry skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service while supporting multiple priorities. Schedule
• Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Rotating Saturdays: 6:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Compensation

• $16.50 to $18.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
