Educational Staffing Recruiter / Sales Professional Location: Sacramento, Arden, In-Office Role Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pay: Salary (Exempt) $70,304 + Uncapped Commission

Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Educational Staffing Recruiter / Sales Professional to join our growing Club Xcite team. This role is focused on recruiting and placing school-based professionals who support schools and their students across California. This is a high-impact, fast-paced sales and recruiting role with strong earning potential through uncapped commission. Recruiter / Sales Professional

Responsibilities

• Primary focus is recruiting school-based professionals, including: Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Interventionists, Instructional Aides / Paraprofessionals for 1:1 Student Support or Classroom Support, School nurses, Related services professionals, and more.
• High volume of outbound calls and candidate outreach daily required
• Recruit qualified candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, and cold outreach
• Screen candidates for submission to Club Xcite's internal clinical team
• Match candidates to open job orders based on qualifications and district needs
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain relationships with school-based professionals to generate referrals and future placements
• Partner with internal operations and clinical teams to meet staffing demands across school districts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting or sales experience
• Educational staffing OR healthcare staffing agency experience desired
• Exceptional customer service, communication and relationship-building skills
