Overview

: Gilmore, A leading provider of Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical solutions is seeking a Commercial Sales Account Manager to drive business development and expand commercial partnerships. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional with a track record of success in B2B sales, prospecting, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with property managers, facility directors, and key decision makers.
• Business Development: Identify and secure new commercial accounts, building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop a consultative sales approach, identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Technology & Data Utilization:
• Leverage Salesforce, AI-powered sales tools, and CRM platforms to enhance prospecting and engagement.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.

Qualifications

&

Requirements

:

• Proven Sales Experience Minimum 3 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or construction.
• Business Development & Prospecting Skills
• A self-starter with a demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and close new accounts.
• Technology Proficiency Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, AI driven sales tools, and lead generation platforms.
• Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
• Ability to effectively engage, influence, and build rapport with key stakeholders.
• Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated
• Ability to work independently, drive results, and consistently meet performance objectives.
• Industry Knowledge (Preferred, Not Required) Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services is an advantage.
