Niagara LaSalle Corporation is North America's largest independent cold- finished steel bar producer. We offer the world's widest and most diverse product range and technical capability for engineered cold-finished bars for customers' applications. We are looking for an experienced Full-Time Inside Sales Representative. This position will be located in South Holland, Illinois. This isn't a traditional sales role that involves cold calling. It's an account management and customer support position where you'll work with existing customers, answer questions, process orders, coordinate with internal teams, and help grow accounts through excellent service. Instead of making hundreds of cold calls, you'll build relationships with customers who are already doing business with the company. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and contributing to sales without the pressure of prospecting. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact daily with customers regarding product pricing, taking customer orders, responding to quote requests, building loads for shipments, and resolving customer service issues.
• Working in conjunction with the Outside Sales Team to build relationships, sell our product, and service the customer.
• Monitor and assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Partner with operations to ensure customer requirements are met. QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous customer service experience in the manufacturing, metals, or steel industry is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
