We invest heavily in generating opportunities so you can spend more time doing what you do bestselling insurance and helping customers protect what matters most.

What You'll Do

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Motorcycle, and other personal insurance products
• Follow up on internet leads and inbound quote requests
• Contact previous customers and win-back opportunities
• Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing customers
• Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and savings opportunities
• Build relationships with customers through exceptional service
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
• Life & Health License (Preferred but not required)
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Organized with strong time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency
