Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License for the state of Virginia. Three or more years of experience managing an insurance book of business. Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation systems. Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication style. Natural ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life. Understanding of coverage nuances and local market trends.

Responsibilities

Review existing policies with clients to ensure their protection matches their current life circumstances. Identify potential gaps in coverage and explain solutions in clear, non- technical language. Guide new clients through the enrollment process from the initial conversation to the final policy issuance. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions to ensure personalized, ongoing support. Engage with local Hampton residents to build a reputation as a dependable resource for all their insurance needs. Provide prompt responses to client questions, ensuring they feel supported and heard whenever they reach out.
