Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our outside sales team, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to handle inquiries and administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor. This is not a call center, and you do not follow a script.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Review quotes and purchase orders from sales team and enter orders into our ERP system.
• Assist sales team and customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer queries or provide additional information.
• Work with customers on returns and file the RMA paperwork.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document interactions and manage customer information.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with clients to enhance their experience.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement. Skills
• Proficiency in English; spoken and written.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in Traffic Control environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Sales experience is beneficial to upsell products or services when appropriate.
• Analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions. Job Type: Full-time Base Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
