Full description of the position

Monitors and optimizes every touchpoint a client has with Jeron and Jeron's authorized distributor throughout all stages of a customer's order. The goal of the Inside Sales Customer Service Representative is to ensure a positive and seamless progression throughout the customer journey, from initial interactions to post-purchase support. The Inside Sales Customer Service Representative will focus on understanding customer needs, product and pricing, and preferences to enhance overall satisfaction and Jeron brand loyalty. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources
• Assist in order entry, as production requires
• Coordinate with production and shipping departments on all customer order shipments
• Respond to customer inquiries on a timely basis
• Monitor and assist on incoming calls as needed
• Prepare and support international export shipments
• Provide customers with ship dates and updates
• Provide sales inquiries to our Regional Sales Managers
• Other

as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of the manufacturing process is preferred
• Exceptional decision-making and conflict resolution skills Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication & organizational skills
• Exceptional telephone etiquette & courteousness
• Accomplished customer service skills, which include a positive attitude, helpful internal and external customer interaction, build/maintain a strong rapport with end-users to exceed customer expectations in relation to the Jeron product, service, and support quality. Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
