We are seeking a highly organized, ambitious, and business-minded Director of Operations & Business Development to become the Executive Chef's right-hand leader. Position Summary

The Director of Operations & Business Development will oversee daily operations, client communications, scheduling, marketing initiatives, business development, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building systems, solving problems, and creating new opportunities. ResponsibilitiesOperations

• Manage company calendar and event scheduling
• Coordinate staffing for events
• Handle Airbnb and client inquiries
• Prepare invoices, proposals, and contracts
• Track payments and outstanding balances
• Coordinate travel, hotel accommodations, and transportation
• Maintain company organization and operational systems Business Development
• Identify and pursue corporate catering opportunities
• Build relationships with luxury Airbnb hosts
• Network with wedding planners and event professionals
• Develop partnerships with hotels, venues, and yacht companies
• Complete vendor applications and partnership opportunities
• Research new markets and expansion opportunities Marketing
• Oversee social media scheduling and strategy
• Coordinate professional photography and content creation
• Develop monthly promotions and campaigns
• Build email marketing initiatives
• Identify influencer and brand partnership opportunities Administrative
• Organize digital files and company documentation
• Maintain customer database (CRM)
• Track expenses and assist with budgeting
• Improve workflows and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, hospitality, event management, or business administration preferred
