Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Process cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and retail math calculations
• Support retail sales initiatives by promoting products and services aligned with customer interests
• Handle data entry tasks related to sales records, customer information, and financial transactions using retail software systems
• Assist with retail lending activities such as loan processing and loan collections when applicable
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Experience
• Previous retail store experience or familiarity with retail sales environments preferred
• Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, register balancing, and transaction processing
• Experience with financial software or point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Ability to perform data entry accurately, including 10-key typing for quick transaction processing
• Knowledge of banking or financial services is advantageous but not required
