Responsibilities

:

• Forecast goals and objectives for the new car sales department and strive to meet them. Devise strategies that ensure everyone is meeting their goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop new talent for success.
• Assist salespeople in closing deals.
• Make sure all leads are being properly followed up.
• Appraise trade in vehicles for new and used car departments.
• Supervise the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.
• Follow policies and procedures as set forth in the Personnel Policy Manual and other corporate policies. Any other duties as assigned. Skills &

Qualifications

:

• MUST HAVE a minimum of two years in automobile sales/management
• Ability to manage a sales team
• High energy, out-going personality
• Integrity, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong sales and closing skills required Pay: $70,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
