Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Utilize technology tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer information, and reporting on performance metrics. Experience
• Proven experience in sales management or as a Sales Representative, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong background in cold calling, retail sales, or technology sales is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability in territory management and business development strategies.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
