What You'll Do

(The Daily Impact)

• Build & Protect: Educate families and individuals on their personal insurance needs (Auto, Home, Umbrella) and confidently close inbound warm leads provided by our strategic local partners.
• Drive Growth: Actively seek out new relationships and community connections to generate organic opportunities.
• Collaborate with Our Service Team: Partner closely with our dedicated, remote back-office support team who handles ongoing customer service, renewals, and policy management, ensuring our clients receive a seamless experience.
• Support Small Business: Provide light, high-level service support to our existing small business (BOP) clients (no outbound commercial prospecting required).

Who You Are

• Licensed & Experienced: You hold an active New York Property & Casualty (P&C;) license and have at least 1+ years of experience in an insurance agency setting.
• Tech-Savvy & Adaptive: You embrace modern software, AI tools, and CRM systems. You view tech as an asset that makes you a more impactful agent, not something to fear.
• Team-Minded: You thrive in an environment where individual success is celebrated, but team wins are the ultimate goal. You believe that "no one has to lose for me to win."

Compensation

Philosophy We believe in rewarding the hustle and being entirely transparent about how you can move the needle on your own paycheck.

• Strong Base: $45,000 - $65,000 baseline security depending on your level of experience.
• Uncapped Upside: We believe hard work should be rewarded. In addition to your base salary, you will earn a generous commission split on all new business you closeregardless of whether the lead came from our established local referral partners or your own organic networking.
• The Freedom to Sell: Because our dedicated back-office service team handles the ongoing paperwork, endorsements, and renewals, your desk is kept clear so you can focus on building relationships and driving your income. Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
