Family Protection Insurance Agency is hiring licensed agents for our growing Final Expense sales team. This role is built for agents who want to work warm inbound leads , help seniors find affordable coverage, and earn steady pay with performance upside. What makes this role different

• Inbound-only calls from prospects actively requesting information
• No cold calling
• $21/hour base pay plus monthly bonus opportunity
• Weekly pay
• Opportunity to grow with a team being built from the ground up
• Work with recognized Final Expense carriers including Americo, Transamerica, and others What you'll do
• Speak with seniors seeking Final Expense life insurance coverage
• Match clients with plans based on age, health, needs, and budget
• Explain burial insurance, simplified issue whole life, and related options
• Guide applicants through the sales process professionally and compliantly
• Maintain all state and carrier compliance requirements
• Deliver a strong, empathetic customer experience on every call What we're looking for
• Active Life Insurance License required
• Final Expense, life insurance, telesales, or phone sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Organized, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment
