Qualifications

• Commercial Lines insurance experience required
• Experience with HawkSoft Agency Management System preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
• New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to an assigned book of Commercial Lines accounts
• Maintain accurate client files and documentation
• Process binders, endorsements, invoices, ID cards, and certificates of insurance
• Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, insurance carriers, and team members
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building and maintaining strong client relationships
