Position Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and manage our Small Business Unit portfolio. This role is instrumental in upholding the quality of service our clients expect. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication capabilities. Upon completion of an in- office training period, a hybrid work arrangement will be available. Position

Responsibilities

• Manage daily servicing of commercial accounts, including processing changes such as vehicle additions/removals, property acquisitions, and other exposure updates
• Respond to client inquiries related to coverage, billing discrepancies, rate adjustments, and policy modifications
• Coordinate and submit renewal documentation to appropriate insurance markets; maintain effective working relationships with underwriters and carrier representatives
• Review contracts, perform coverage analysis, and provide clients with professional recommendations tailored to their needs
• Ensure client concerns are addressed, and follow-up actions are clearly identified
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of client information and account activity in the agency management system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience servicing commercial insurance accounts
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Experience with agency management systems; familiarity with AMS360 preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently
