Job Title: Business Development Representative (Outside Sales & Marketing)

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Business Development Representative to help expand our presence in the local market. This role focuses primarily on field sales and relationship building, with some involvement in basic online marketing activities. Candidates with experience in the cabinet or home improvement industry are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively visit and build relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and potential clients
• Promote company products and services through in-person visits, phone calls, and follow-ups
• Assist with basic online marketing activities, such as social media promotion or digital outreach
• Identify new business opportunities and help grow the customer base
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth communication and project follow-up

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field
• Experience in the cabinet, kitchen & bath, or home improvement industry is strongly preferred
• Some experience or familiarity with online or digital marketing is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Language Skills (Preferred)
• Spanish or Chinese language skills are a strong plus for communication purposes
