• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-maintained.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately while providing excellent phone etiquette for customer inquiries.
• Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and sales techniques.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
