What We Offer Performance-Based Pay: A solid $30,000 base salary with an uncapped commission and bonus structure. Total earning potential ranges from $45,000 to $90,000+ per year based entirely on your drive and performance. Fast-Tracked Growth: Raises are available in your very first year for high performers. Requirements

A \"Hunter\" Mentality: Highly motivated, driven, and eager to succeed in a performance-based role. Experience: Previous sales and/or insurance experience is a huge plus, but absolutely not required for the right, highly motivated candidate. Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of setting and hitting goals. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
