Outside Sales Representative Insurance Agency Relations (Water Damage Restoration) Location: Orlando, FL (Territory-Based) Job Type: Full-Time

We are a rapidly growing water damage restoration company seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with independent insurance agencies throughout Central Florida. This is a consultative, business-to-business sales position focused on becoming a trusted resource for insurance professionals. What You'll Do

• Develop and manage relationships with independent insurance agencies.
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with agency owners, producers, and staff.
• Educate agencies on our emergency response capabilities and restoration services.
• Identify new referral opportunities and expand market share within your territory.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry meetings, and community functions.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing accounts to strengthen partnerships.
• Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience. What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical, medical device, insurance, or business development experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
