About the company: Established Truck Leasing Fleet, Compass Truck Rental and Leasing's mission is to provide access to truck leases and rental solutions to fleets and private owners. About the job: We are seeking an established, passionate, highly motivated, results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team in our branch location in Burr Ridge, Illinois. The Compass Truck Rental and Leasing Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for updating their current book of business, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Negotiate terms of sale and contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to optimize sales strategies and offerings.
• Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development programs.

Qualifications

:

• 2 years required proven experience as a Private Fleets' Leasing Sales Representative or similar role in a relevant industry (we train for success).
• Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
