Summary As a Solar Consultant at Republic Financial Services, you will play a vital role in promoting our solar energy solutions to consumers. Responsibilities

• Educate homeowners on their existing solar lease/PPA terms and how to cancel them.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in sales, consulting, or customer service.
• Experience with solar leases, PPAs, or energy consulting is a plus , but not required.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Professionalism and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage your own schedule and follow up consistently.
• Provide honest, clear solutions based on each client's needs.
• Guide clients through the process of canceling or renegotiating unfavorable solar contracts.
• Manage client communications from initial contact to resolution.
• Work independently with the backing of a top-tier support team.
• Stay current with solar contract trends, financing pitfalls, and cancellation laws.
