: Kumabe HR is partnering with a local flooring and home improvement retail company to recruit for a permanent, full-time Sales Consultant position.

Responsibilities

: Provide excellent customer service throughout the consultation and sales process. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Communicate and collaborate with team members and internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. Work toward individual and company sales goals while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. Support operations and other business needs as assigned. Skills/Experience Desired: Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficient with computers and able to learn new applications and systems quickly. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment. Highly organized, dependable, and detail oriented.
