Toyota on Western is seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual Sales Manager (English/Spanish) to join our leadership team. We are looking for a proven automotive professional who can lead by example, develop sales talent, and help drive dealership growth while providing an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Consultants
• Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales performance
• Assist with desking deals, negotiations, and closing opportunities
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM processes
• Monitor dealership sales goals and implement strategies to achieve targets
• Build strong relationships with English and Spanish-speaking customers
• Work closely with the Finance Department to maximize dealership profitability
• Review reports and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or High-Performing Sales Professional ready for the next step
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with dealership CRM and DMS systems preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
