What You'll Do

as a Junior Recruiter / Account Executive

• Partner with IT, Finance, and Healthcare professionals to understand their career goals.
• Build long-term relationships with hiring managers across the country.
• Own the recruiting process from first conversation through accepted offer.
• Match exceptional talent with companies where they'll make an impact.
• Leverage modern recruiting technology including LinkedIn Recruiter, Loxo, AI, and other sourcing tools. Who Thrives Here
• Have a bachelor's degree.
• Have 1+ years of sales experience or Sales or Marketing Internship (B2B, B2C, SaaS, retail, services, or similar).
• Enjoy building relationships and aren't afraid of connecting with people.
• Are competitive, resilient, coachable, and self-motivated.
