Insurance Agent 4-40 or 2-20 License Location: Doral, FL Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $16$18 per hour + Commission + Bonuses We are currently hiring a Licensed Insurance Agent to join a well- established insurance company located in Doral, Florida. We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused individual who is interested in building a long-term career with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Requirements

• Active 4-40 or 2-20 Florida Insurance License.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Previous insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, friendly, and motivated attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interest in developing a long-term career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with their insurance needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer customer questions and provide information about insurance products and coverage.
• Assist with policy inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
• Meet company and sales goals while providing professional service. Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
