Essential Duties

Responsibilities

• Estimating and processing print jobs through software program
• Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines
• Respond to requests for product lead times, order changes, and other day-to-day communication activities via phone, or email.
• Communicate effectively with the Sales Team and the Production Team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and customer objectives are met.
• Maintain and update customer information in our CRM Software.

Qualifications

• Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Time Management - Managing one's own time and the time of others.
• Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
