House & Home Magazine and House & Home Digital is the region's preeminent home shelter magazine and digital advertising company dedicated to upscale home design and renovation, where affluent homeowners find a wide range of resources for building and remodeling projects from concept and planning through completion. House & Home Magazine is looking for driven a sales professional to join our growing sales team and work New Jersey's exclusive home shelter publication and digital sales division. The primary duties for this position include the following:

• Build and maintain ad revenue for publication and digital sales by continually prospecting for new accounts, leads and sales opportunities on the phone and in person.
• Aggressively pursue new business by cold calling and/or following up on leads provided by co-workers and management.
• Regularly review competitive media and identify prospects and opportunities.
• Track sales in database and ensure that input of all data is correct.
• Develop and maintain both local direct and agency accounts.
• Build relationships in the community to assist the magazine reach revenue goals. Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
