The Steiner College Development Program is an early-career opportunity designed for upcoming/recent graduates looking to launch a career in the electrical distribution industry. Through hands-on experience, structured training, and mentorship, participants develop the sales and technical expertise needed to support contractor and industrial customerswhile building a strong foundation for long-term career growth.

What You'll Do

As a participant in the CDP, you will rotate through key areas of the business and gain real-world experience, including:

• Supporting sales and operations teams in day-to-day activities
• Learning product applications and technical solutions
• Assisting with customer quotes, orders, and project coordination
• Building relationships with contractor and industrial customers
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve customer needs Program Highlights

• Hands-on experience across sales, operations, and product specialties

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) (recent graduate or early career professional)
• Strong interest in sales, business development, or technical products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
