Responsibilities

of the Sales Team Member - AT &T;:

• Engage with customers face-to-face to discuss AT&T; telecommunications services
• Educate consumers on wireless, internet, and bundled service options
• Assist customers through the enrollment and account setup process
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
• Maintain detailed product knowledge and stay updated on current promotions
• Work collaboratively with fellow Sales Team Member staff and leadership
• Support daily customer acquisition and retention goals
• Represent the company and AT&T; brand with professionalism and integrity
• Participate in ongoing meetings, workshops, and entry level training sessions

Qualifications

for the Sales Team Member - AT &T; Role:

• Previous customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required as this is an entry level position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to work well independently and in team environments
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable speaking directly with customers
• Reliable transportation preferred Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
