Total Wireless by Verizon Location: 2916 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Richmond, VA Job Type: Part-Time Pay: Hourly Pay + Performance Commission We are looking for a motivated and friendly MobileRetail Sales Associate to join our Total Wireless by Verizon team.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers with wireless plans, phones, internet, and accessories.
• Activate new accounts, transfer phone numbers, and process payments.
• Meet individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized store.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish and able to communicate in English.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Friendly, reliable, and motivated to learn.
• Comfortable using smartphones and computers.
• Available to work weekends and flexible hours.
