In this role, you will represent a full- service restoration leader specializing in water, fire, mold, and storm damage recovery for both commercial and residential clients. Responsibilities

:

• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients within the Lafayette, IN. territory.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships with property owners, contractors, commercial stakeholders, and insurance adjusters.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely, efficient, and budget-friendly project delivery that exceeds client expectations.
• Coordinate with other sales and marketing team members for annual events, sponsorships, and company outings, fostering a collaborative, high-performance sales team.
• Stay informed of local marketing trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities executing marketing initiative.
• Regularly report on sales metrics, contribute to sales forecasting, and provide feedback on market conditions.
• Serve as the local face of ServiceMaster Restore, promoting our specialized emergency recovery services.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and market share across Indiana.
• Maximize the use of available systems and develop new systems to exceed customer expectations and achieve profit objectives. ServiceMaster By Crossroads offers a competitive base salary plus an aggressive commission and bonus structure designed to reward our top performers with significant earning potentials. Base salary will coincide with experience and marketing knowledge. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
