JOB SUMMARY UMH Networks is seeking a driven and results-oriented professional to join our growing field sales team in Chicago as a Field Sales Specialist (Field Agent). This role sits at the center of our growth strategy building customer relationships face to face, expanding our market presence, and delivering real results in the field every day. The Field Agent is a high-output individual contributor focused on closing sales in assigned residential territories. This position offers uncapped weekly commission, weekly pay, and a direct path to advancement within a lean, performance-first organization. DUTIES FIELD AGENT FIELD SALES SPECIALIST

• Work assigned Chicago-area residential territories through direct, face-to-face customer engagement
• Present and sell fiber internet and home services to homeowners and residents across your territory
• Build rapport quickly and guide customers from initial conversation through to confirmed service enrollment
• Handle objections professionally, clearly communicate service value, and close with confidence
• Submit accurate and complete orders on every sale to ensure a smooth installation experience for the customer
• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and report production activity accurately
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and brand representation in every customer interaction
• Collaborate with your Field Leader to continuously improve approach, pitch, and close rate REQUIREMENTS FIELD AGENT FIELD SALES SPECIALIST
• Demonstrated ability or strong eagerness to engage and build rapport with new people comfort starting conversations is essential
• Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to manage your own schedule and hold yourself accountable to daily production
• Reliable transportation and the physical ability to work outdoor field territories across assigned Chicago-area locations
• High attention to detail and commitment to accurate order submission on every sale
• Alignment with a commission-only, performance-based compensation structure you earn what you produce
• Prior experience in outside sales, direct sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is a plus we train the right candidates from the ground up
