Overview

As a Mobile Retail Sales Associate, you will:

• Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Build genuine relationships by understanding each customer's needs.
• Recommend the best wireless plans, devices, accessories, and services.
• Educate customers on Metro by T-Mobile products and promotions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after every sale.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment.
• Stay up to date on the latest wireless technology, devices, and promotions.
• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous wireless sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be available to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Preferred Experience
• Wireless Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
