Big Country Healthcare Services is currently looking for an Account Manager in the Abilene area. We were established in 2006 with our home office in Abilene, TX. Below is a description of the position. - Develop new or existing relationships into steady referral sources -Conduct daily in-person visits and activities to meet/exceed the census goals -Quickly establish rapport, credibility, and integrity with communities, physician groups, and potential clients -Meet monthly sales targets -Provide feedback from referral sources regarding performance -Create and propose business development opportunities that will benefit our company by increasing census -Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of and ensures compliance with all local state and federal laws relating to the operations of the company -Assist in direction of programs through collaboration with and delegation of responsibility to administrative and supervisory personnel -Establishes a public relations program for interpretation of the company's services and to foster good working relations with physicians and community agencies Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25,630.00 - $86,071.00 per year
