In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing all of their queries. Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help will make you the perfect fit for this role. We pride ourselves on our top-notch customer service and are looking for someone who has the skills to deliver an amazing experience while ensuring their clients have the coverage they need. Base salary will be based on experience in the commercial industry, first year $60,000 with bonus opportunities. Requirements

• Candidate must have an active CA Property and Casualty license.
• At least one year experience, commercial lines preferred.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
