We are seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our international air cargo team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, staying organized, and learning how global transportation works. Please note: This is an entry-level position designed for someone looking to build a career in the logistics and transportation industry. Candidates with previous logistics experience, including air cargo operations, ground handling, trucking coordination, or freight forwarding, are welcome to apply. However, this role is focused on learning, growth, and developing foundational skills rather than managing at a senior level. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to grow.

Responsibilities

& Job Functions Include: Book shipments with the appropriate Air Carrier by examining destination, route, rate and transit time Verify cargo shipped can be coordinated and forwarded to the destination Keep customers informed with forwarding notices and status updates Address any service issues and liaise between carrier and customer with the information that is collected and accessed. Coordinate & expedite requests, time-specific and special requests Negotiate rates with carriers on ADHOC basis Benchmark freight rates Customer Service Representative
