Compensation

We're looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career sales professional looking to accelerate their career, take ownership of client relationships, and grow an established book of business. You'll partner closely with experienced sales professionals while managing your own portfolio of accounts, identifying new opportunities within a protected territory, and delivering exceptional service to clients. What You'll Do

• Manage and grow an established book of business while building long-term client relationships
• Partner closely with a Sales Executive and Account Executive to achieve team sales goals
• Research and identify new business opportunities within a protected sales territory
• Qualify and respond to inbound sales inquiries
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts
• Prepare pricing, quotes, and client presentations
• Manage daily inbound and outbound calls along with high email volume
• Track customer activity, sales pipeline, and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Build trusted relationships with clients to drive long-term account growth and retention What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 13 years of sales, account management, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred
• Internship experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus
