Are you a motivated insurance professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service? Edwards-Brandt & Associates, in partnership with First Mainstreet Insurance (FMSI) , is expanding and actively hiring an Account Manager to join its team in Mason City, IA. As an Account Manager , you will be the primary point of contact for client accounts, building strong relationships while ensuring seamless service delivery and accurate policy management. This role combines client relationship management with insurance expertise to support both new business development and ongoing account retention. First MainStreet Insurance was established in 2017 as an organization dedicated to supporting local insurance agencies. Its mission is to help agencies preserve their hometown identity while gaining access to broader resources, expanding carrier markets, and the operational strength needed to stay competitive.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, regularly communicating with clients to proactively address needs and concerns regarding their insurance policies
• Seek opportunities to enhance understanding of insurance industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to more effectively meet account needs
• Oversee all account activities within the agency management system (EPIC) and ensure the accuracy of all data
• Monitor account satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for growth in both renewals and new business Job

Requirements

:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience within the insurance industry required; commercial lines experience strongly preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or customer relationship management
