Automotive Sales Associate / Product Specialist Yates Buick GMC prouldly serving the Arizona West Valley for over 40 years, is a family-owned organization. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
• Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
• Focus on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
• Follows up with previous customers for referrals and future sales
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge on new products, features, and accessories available and translates them into benefits for Dealership customers QUALIFICATIONS

• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
• Have quality customer service skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Are Persistent, competitive, and have a good work ethic
• Maintains an acceptable attendance record
• Dresses appropriately for the position to ensure a professional image
• Are computer literate and have basic math skills
