Countertop Sales Representative - Granite & Quartz Company: Granite Empire of Cincinnati Job type: Full-time, in person Pay: $700 per week base pay + 4%-6% commission on collected sales

: Health, dental, and vision insurance Granite Empire of Cincinnati is hiring a confident Countertop Sales Representative to turn inbound homeowner leads into completed granite and quartz countertop projects. You will meet customers in our showroom, help them select slabs and colors, prepare quotes, follow up on estimates, and close sales. This is a sales role for someone who enjoys working with homeowners and can confidently sell high- value home-improvement projects. What you will do

• Meet scheduled homeowners in our West Chester showroom
• Respond quickly to inbound leads by phone, text, and email
• Help customers choose granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, sinks, and edge profiles
• Prepare quotes and explain the process from template through installation
• Follow up consistently on open estimates and unsold leads
• Close sales, collect deposits, and maintain accurate CRM notes
• Coordinate project details with our template, fabrication, and installation teams
• Deliver a professional customer experience that earns referrals and reviews Required qualifications
• At least 2 years of commission-based or high-ticket sales experience
• Home improvement, cabinets, flooring, appliances, furniture, automotive, or real-estate sales experience is strongly preferred
• Comfortable selling projects in the $3,000-$15,000+ range
• Strong phone, text, face-to-face communication, and closing skills
• Organized follow-up habits and confidence using a CRM
• Reliable, competitive, and professional with homeowners
• Stone, countertop, cabinet, or remodeling experience is a plus but not required Schedule
• Six days per week, in person
• Monday-Friday: full showroom schedule
• Saturday: 10:00 AM-3:00 PM

Compensation

• $700 per week base pay
• 4% commission on collected monthly sales below $70,000
• 5% commission on collected monthly sales between $70,000-$110,000
• 6% commission on collected monthly sales above $110,000
• Company-provided leads, showroom, fabrication team, and installation support
