Many motivated agents have the potential to earn $80,000$140,000+ NET in their first year, with the opportunity to earn $150,000+ NET annually as they grow their business. We help each agent build a clear game plan based on their personal income goals, so they understand exactly what activities are needed to reach those goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to home buyers and home sellers
• Follow up with leads and contacts consistently
• Set appointments and build relationships with potential clients
• Learn and use scripts, systems, and best practices for lead conversion
• Study and understand local market trends and statistics
• Work closely with team leaders, mentors, and other agents
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, coaching, and events
• Maintain professionalism and represent the team at a high level

Qualifications

• Real estate license preferred, but not required to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and a desire to help people
• Coachable, consistent, and willing to follow a proven system
• Goal oriented and motivated to grow
• Sales, customer service, hospitality, recruiting, or leadership experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willing to put in the work required to build a real estate career Job Details
