Sterling Insurance Group & Soo Hoo Insurance Agency is an independent, full- service insurance agency serving Martha's Vineyard, Greater Boston, and beyond. We specialize in personal lines insurance with a strong focus on high- value homes, coastal properties, and specialty markets. We're a close-knit, client-first team and we're growing! The Role We are looking for a motivated and personable Insurance Account Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for both seasoned insurance professionals and those new to the industry we are willing to train the right candidate. You'll work directly with clients to manage renewals, build relationships, and help clients explore coverage options that fit their needs.

What You'll Do

• Manage personal lines insurance accounts and renewals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist with new business sales and quoting under licensed supervision
• Learn and work with high-value homes, coastal risk, and specialty/E&S; markets under agent guidance
• Collaborate with a supportive team across our MV and Boston offices What We're Looking For
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Interest in building a career in insurance
• Active MA Property & Casualty (P&C;) License preferred but not required
• Prior insurance experience and/or advanced designations a plus

Compensation

& Schedule

• Starting Pay: $62,400 (without MA P&C; License)
• Pay increase to $65,000 upon obtaining MA P&C; License
• Additional compensation growth commensurate with experience, tenure, and designations
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
