Key Responsibilities

• Market new and renewal business to carriers independently and with Sales Executives
• Collaborate on new business and renewal strategies, including client and carrier meetings
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
• Prepare proposals and renewal summaries
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality
• Service assigned book of business, including coverage reviews and client inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and follow agency SOPs and best practices Position

Requirements

• Active Life and Health Insurance Producer License
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Life and Health Account Executive
• Commitment to continuing insurance education and professional development
• Strong knowledge of life and health insurance with the ability to discuss coverage with carriers and clients
• Proficient with agency management systems, Microsoft products, and carrier platforms
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with sound judgment and the ability to work under pressure
• Positive, collaborative team player willing to mentor others Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
