Our team focuses on professional development, hands-on training, and building strong communication and leadership skills through real-world sales experience. We are currently hiring for an Entry-Level Business Sales Representative to support our business-to-business outreach efforts. This is an in-person role that involves meeting with local business owners, presenting technology solutions, and helping clients identify services that fit their needs. This opportunity is ideal for recent college graduates or individuals looking to begin a career in sales, business development, or marketing.

What You'll Do

• Meet with local business owners and decision-makers to introduce technology solutions
• Build professional relationships with new and existing business clients
• Present product information and answer questions in a clear, professional manner
• Track outreach and sales activity to support team goals
• Collaborate with team members and leadership on sales strategies Training & Development PeakForce provides structured training to help team members develop professional sales and communication skills. Training focuses on:
• Business-to-business sales strategies
• Professional communication and presentations
• Customer relationship development
• Time management and goal setting
• Leadership and team collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Interest in sales, business development, or marketing Schedule Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Occasional Saturday availability may be requested depending on business needs.
