Duties

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
• Assist customers with product selection, providing detailed information on features and benefits
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management techniques
• Support banking and financial services functions such as loan processing, account inquiries, and basic math calculations
• Maintain knowledge of retail math to ensure proper pricing, discounts, and inventory management
• Use financial software and 10-key typing skills to record sales, process payments, and manage customer accounts
• Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving questions or concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; enthusiasm for helping others is essential
• Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, retail math calculations, and financial transactions
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to handle cash accurately using cash handling procedures and cash management systems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in financial software or sales techniques is advantageous Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
