Coastline Sales Solutions is a fast-growing authorized dealer for AT&T;, helping customers connect with industry-leading wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions. We are currently hiring motivated individuals for our AT&T; Sales Associate position. This is a full-time, in-person role working directly with customers in residential neighborhoods and homes. If you are outgoing, competitive, and enjoy working in-person with people, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in sales, customer service, and business development. Key Responsibilities

:

• Meet with customers in-person in residential areas to promote AT&T; products and services
• Educate homeowners on wireless plans, fiber internet, streaming, and device solutions
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and excellent service
• Generate new sales opportunities daily through direct customer interactions
• Assist customers with account setup, upgrades, and product recommendations
• Work closely with leadership and teammates in a fast-paced sales environment
• Represent both Coastline Sales Solutions and AT&T; with professionalism and integrity AT &T; Sales Associate

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required About the AT &T; Sales Associate role:
• Performance-based commission structure allows top producers to average $4,000 $5,000+ per month (averaging just 12 closed orders per day).
• Paid training and full mentorship in wireless sales, territory management, and customer service excellence.
• Path into leadership and organizational management.
• Training in public speaking, business operations, and client relations. Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
