Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team! Responsibilities

• Actively pursue new business opportunities through door-to-door outreach, networking events, and community engagement.
• Present and demonstrate our energy products and services to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features.
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies for energy sales initiatives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of technical sales aspects related to solar energy, energy efficiency, and other renewable solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the energy or solar industry.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and building long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and writtento effectively present products and engage customers.
• Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining a high level of motivation and professionalism.
